Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using SSSGr, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms apply each time you submit a link, source document, or download request.

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, use SSSGr only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

If you use SSSGr for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that organisation.

2. What SSSGr provides

SSSGr is a browser-based utility that validates supported Instagram links, requests media information from external providers, and presents download actions for files made available in the response. Some files may be proxied or temporarily packaged to complete a download.

SSSGr does not operate Instagram, does not provide an Instagram account, and does not guarantee access to any post, profile, Story, Highlight, format, resolution, audio track, thumbnail, or private item.

SSSGr is independent and is not authorised, sponsored, endorsed, or operated by Instagram or Meta. Instagram, Meta, their names, and their trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Limited permission to use SSSGr

Subject to these Terms, SSSGr gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the website and its tools for lawful purposes. This permission does not transfer ownership of SSSGr software, branding, design, or third-party media.

You may not resell access to SSSGr, present the service as your own, remove ownership notices, or use the service in a way that implies a partnership with SSSGr, Instagram, or Meta.

4. Your rights and responsibilities for media

Submit and download media only when you own it, have the creator's permission, or otherwise have a lawful right to access and save it. The fact that a file can be retrieved does not mean it is free to copy, publish, sell, modify, or redistribute.

You are responsible for every link and source document you submit and for every use of a downloaded file. You must respect copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual restrictions, and the source platform's applicable terms.

SSSGr does not grant a licence to third-party content, verify ownership, or provide legal permission on behalf of a creator or rights holder.

5. Prohibited conduct

Do not use SSSGr to access content without authorisation, bypass account or platform controls, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, impersonate another person, harass a creator, distribute intimate or confidential media, or violate any law or court order.

Do not submit passwords, session cookies, access tokens, malware, or unrelated personal data. Do not probe security controls, reverse engineer protected service components, overload endpoints, evade rate limits, run abusive automation, interfere with other users, or use download actions outside their intended workflow.

We may block or restrict requests that appear unsafe, abusive, automated, unlawful, or inconsistent with these Terms.

6. Private-source workflow

The private-source workflow is intended only for content that you are already authorised to view in your own browser session. It does not give SSSGr permission to unlock an account, bypass access controls, or act as your Instagram login.

Use this workflow only with the account owner's permission when permission is required. Never paste a password, cookie, access token, or another person's private data. You remain responsible for protecting the source document and any media returned from it.

7. Third-party platforms and providers

SSSGr depends on services outside our control, including Cloudflare infrastructure, configured extraction providers, Instagram or Meta endpoints, content-delivery networks, and media hosts. Some private-link resolution requests may use a third-party fallback provider.

Your use of Instagram and other third-party services remains subject to their own terms, policies, technical restrictions, and decisions. SSSGr is not responsible for a third party changing, blocking, deleting, restricting, or misidentifying content or access.

Links or references to third-party services do not mean that SSSGr endorses, controls, or accepts responsibility for those services.

8. Intellectual property and copyright notices

SSSGr's website code, interface, original text, visual design, and SSSGr name are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party media and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

If you believe a specific use of SSSGr infringes your copyright or other rights, follow the DMCA Copyright Policy or email contact@SSSGr.com with the work, relevant URL, your contact details, and enough information for us to review the request.

We may restrict a reported URL or request additional information, but we cannot remove content hosted and controlled exclusively by Instagram, Meta, a media CDN, or another third party.

9. Availability, limits, and changes

SSSGr is provided on an as-available basis. A request may fail because a post is deleted, expired, restricted, private, age-limited, region-limited, changed by the source, rejected by a provider, or temporarily unavailable.

We do not guarantee continuous uptime, a particular response time, permanent compatibility, or the availability of a specific format, resolution, file size, audio track, thumbnail, or number of carousel items.

We may add, change, limit, suspend, or remove any feature or provider without prior notice when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, maintenance, abuse prevention, or service operation.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SSSGr is provided as is and as available, without express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted operation.

SSSGr does not warrant that a returned file is complete, safe, correctly labelled, lawful for your intended use, or identical to the version displayed by Instagram. You should review files before opening, publishing, or sharing them.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction.

11. Limitation of liability and indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SSSGr and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, reputation, opportunities, or access arising from the service, a downloaded file, or a third-party platform.

You are responsible for claims arising from your submitted links, source documents, downloaded files, infringement, privacy violations, unlawful distribution, or breach of these Terms. Where permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify SSSGr against resulting third-party claims and reasonable costs.

These limitations apply only to the extent allowed by applicable law and do not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

12. Enforcement, revisions, and contact

We may reject a request or suspend access when we reasonably believe use is abusive, unsafe, unlawful, technically harmful, or inconsistent with these Terms. Failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver of that provision.

We may revise these Terms as SSSGr, its providers, or legal requirements change. The Last updated date identifies the current version. Continued use after revised Terms are posted means you accept the revised version; if you do not agree, stop using SSSGr.
